My daughter is in college in Baton Rouge. She was concerned that her 2009 Lexus RX350 A/C was malfunctioning. I had her take the vehicle to Lexus, and after several days, Lexus called and said a $4K plus full A/C system replacement was needed. I decided to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. Vanak, after several hours of testing the system showed me that the A/C per their computers was working properly. They added freon and thank the Lord it's been blowing cold and working just fine! And, blessedly, it only cost $150. I HIGHLY recommend this very honest, credible, and quality automotive repair service!

I was having trouble finding a mechanic for my 02' F150. One guy said he could see me in a month and needed a month to finish. After going through the phone book I found Vannok. They were able to see me in a day and quoted me half of what the other mechanic did. They also finished in two days, very fast for my problem. I highly recommend them. Besides what I've already said they are very courteous. I will be a customer for life.

I have only ever taken my vehicle to the BMW dealership in Metairie. However, I had an issue to arise and I had no choice but to find a certified mechanic shop here in Baton Rouge. Vannak did an awesome job. I just love Hai's professionalism. They are very reasonable and for most things extremely fast. I have not been back to Metairie for anything since Vannak was recommended to me.
